【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62258hasbeendevelopedtofacilitatetheproduction,supplyanduseofsemiconductordieproducts,includingbutnotlimitedto–wafers,–singulatedbaredie,–dieandwaferswithattachedconnectionstructures,–minimallyorpartiallyencapsulateddieandwafers.ThisstandardspecifiesthedataformatsthatmaybeusedfortheexchangeofdatacoveredbyotherpartsintheIEC62258seriesaswellasdefinitionsofallparametersusedaccordingtotheprinciplesandmethodsofIEC61360-1,IEC61360-2andIEC61360-4.ItintroducesaDeviceDataExchange(DDX)format,withtheprimegoaloffacilitatingthetransferofadequategeometricdatabetweenthediemanufacturerandtheCAD/CAEuserandformalinformationmodelsthatallowdataexchangeinotherformatssuchasSTEPphysicalfileformat,finaccordancewithISO10303-21andXML.Thedataformathasbeenkeptintentionallyflexibletopermitusagebeyondthisinitialscope.ThisstandardreflectstheDDXdataformat:version1.2.1.
