【摘要】:110.1GENERALTheRegulationsapplytothedesign,erectionandverificationofelectricalinstallationssuchasthoseof:(i)residentialpremises(ii)commercialpremises(iii)publicpremises(iv)industrialpremises(v)agriculturalandhorticulturalpremises(vi)prefabricatedbuildings(vii)caravans,caravanparksandsimilarsites(viii)constructionsites,exhibitions,shows,fairgroundsandotherinstallationsfortemporarypurposesincludingprofessionalstageandbroadcastapplications(ix)marinas(x)externallightingandsimilarinstallations(xl)mobileortransportableunits(xii)photovoltaicsystems(xiii)lowvoltagegeneratingsets(xiv)highwayequipmentandstreetfurniture.NOTE:"Premises"coversthelandandallfacilitiesincludingbuildingsbelongingtoit.TheRegulationsincluderequirementstbr:(xv)circuitssuppliedatnominalvoltagesuptoandincluding1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c.Fora.c.,thepreferredfrequencieswhicharetakenintoaccountinthisStandardare50Hz,60Hzand400Hz.Theuseofotherfrequenciesforspecialpurposesisnotexcluded(xvi)circuits,otherthantheinternalwiringofequipment,operatingatvoltagesexceeding1000Vandderivedfromaninstallationhavingavoltagenotexceeding1000Va.c.,e.g.dischargelighting,electrostaticprecipitators(xvii)wiringsystemsandcablesnotspecificallycoveredbythestandardsforappliances(xviii)allconsumerinstallationsexternaltobuildings(xix)fixedwiringforinlbrmationandcommunicationtechnology,signalling,controlandthelike(excludinginternalwiringo1'equipment)(xx)additionsandalterationstoinstallationsandalsopartsoftheexistinginstallationaffectedbyanadditionoralteration.TheRegulationsareintendedtobeappliedtoelectricalinstallationsgenerallybut,incertaincases,theymayneedtobesupplementedbytherequirementsorrecommendationsofotherBritishStandardsorbytherequirementsofthepersonorderingthework.Suchcasesincludethefollowing:(xxi)Electricsignsandhighvoltageluminousdischargetubeinstallations-BS559andBSEN50107(xxii)Emergencylighting-BS5266(xxiii)Electricalequipmenttbrexplosivegasatmospheres-BSEN60079(xxiv)Electricalequipmenttbruseinthepresenceofcombustibledust-BSEN50281andBSEN61241(xxv)Firedetectionandalarmsystemsinbuildings-BS5839(xxvi)Telecommunicationssystems-BS6701(xxvii)Electricsurfaceheatingsystems-BS6351(xxviii)Electricalinstallationsforopen-castminesandquarries-BS6907.(xxix)Designandinstallationoftemporarydistributionsystemsdeliveringa.c.electricalsuppliesforlighting,technicalservicesandotherentertainmentrelatedpurposes-BS7909.
