【摘要】:Thisdocumentdealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsaslistedinClause4whicharerelevanttomanuallyloadedandunloadedverticalpanelsawing(withorwithoutintegratedfeed)machinesfittedwith:--thefacilityforscoring;--ananglecuttingdevice;--amiddlesupportdevice;--aprogrammablestopforparallelverticalcuts;--thefacilityforgroovingwithawidthofatmost20mminonepassbyusingamillingtools,hereinafterreferredtoas"machines"whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Themachinesaredesignedforcuttingpanelsofthefollowingmaterials:a)woodbasedmaterialssuchaschipboard,fibreboard,plywoodandalsothesematerialswheretheyarecoveredwithplastic/lightalloylaminates;b)solidwood;c)hardenedrubberandhardenedplasticmaterial;d)nonferrousmaterialse.g.lightalloy;e)compoundmaterialswithcoreconsistingofpolyurethaneormineralmateriallaminatedwithlightalloy.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplytoverticalpanelsawswithpressurebeamandsawunitmountedbehindtheworkpiecesupport.Thisdocumentdoesnotdealwithhazardsrelatingtothecombinationofasinglemachinebeingusedwithanyothermachine(aspartofaline).ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletoverticalpanelsawswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.NOTEMachinescoveredbythisstandardarelistedunderA.1.4ofannexIVoftheMachineryDirective.
