【摘要】:ThispartofISO8254specifiesamethodformeasuringthespecularglossofpaperatanangleof75°tothenormaltothepapersurface.Althoughitschiefapplicationistocoatedpapers,itmayalsobeusedforglossyuncoatedpaperssuchassupercatenderedpapers.NOTE1Thismethoddoesnotprovideanassessmentofimage-reflectingqualityandshouldnotbeusedforcast-coated,lacquered,highlyvarnishedorwaxedpapersorforhigh-glossinkfilms.Forthesepurposes,measurementsatotherangles,forexample20°,arepreferred,althoughthepresentmethodhasbeenshowntobesuitableforglossmeasurementsofmostotherinkfilmsonpaperorpaperboard.DifferencesinthecolourandthediffusereflectancesoftheseinkfilmshaveanegligibleeffectonglossmeasuredaccordingtothispartofISO8254.Forexample,measurementsonwhiteandblacksurfaceswhichareotherwiseidenticalgiveavalueforthewhitesurfacethatislessthanoneglossunithigherthanthevaluefortheblacksurface.NOTE2ThemethodsspecifiedinISO2813,Paintsandvarnishes--Determinationofspecularglossofnon-metallicpaintfilmsat20°,60°and85°,maybeapplicabletocertaingradesofpaper.
