【摘要】:Whenthevariousproducersandusersofethyleneproductdealwiththeresultsobtainedinanalyticaltesting,inconsistencyofunitsandtestmethodsmaycausemajorerrors.Thisguideprovidesanoverviewofthetypicalconcentrationsofthepossiblecomponentsfoundinethyleneproduct,themethodsusedinanalysis,andtheunitsofmeasure.Thisoverviewisintendedtobeusedtoimprovetheconsistencyofmethodsandtheunitsreportedsothaterrorsareminimized.Eachproduceranduserofethyleneproductshouldimmediatelyreviewthisguidetoimprovetheirawarenessofthevariousanalyticalmethodsinuse,theunitsofmeasure,andconcentrationlevelsofthepossiblecomponents.Althoughthisguideisnottobeusedforspecifications,itcanprovideastartingpointforthevariouspartiestodevelopmutuallyagreeduponspecificationsthatmeettheirrespectiverequirements.Itcanalsobeusedasastartingpointinfindingsuitabletestmethodsforethylenecomponents.1.1Thisguidecoversandprovidesdirectionfortheanalysisofethyleneproductinawaythatallowstheanalysttoknowthepossibletestmethods,theunitsofmeasure,andthepotentialconcentrationsrangeofpossiblecomponents,sothattheconsistencyoftheanalyticalmeasurementsisimproved.Thisguideisnotintendedtobeused,nortobeconstruedinanyway,asasetofspecificationsforethyleneproduct.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:2.1TypeofequipmentThisstandardappliestofusionweldedwroughtaluminiumandaluminiumalloyenclosurespressurizedwithdryair,inertgases,forexamplesulphurhexafluorideornitrogenoramixtureofsuchgases,usedinindoororoutdoorinstallationsofhigh-voltageswitchgearandcontrolgear,wherethegasisusedTheenclosurescomprisepartsofelectricalequipmentnotnecessarilylimitedtothefollowingexamples:circuit-breakersswitch-disconnectorsdisconnectorsearthingswitchescurrenttransformersvoltagetransformerssurgearrestorsbusbarsandconnectionsThescopecoversalsopressurizedcomponentssuchasthecentre-chamberoflivetankswitchgearandcontrolgear,gas-insulatedcurrenttransformers,etc.2.2ProductionTheproductionoftheenclosuresshallbeinaccordancewithdocumentedweldingprocedureswhichshallbecarriedoutbywelltrainedandsupervisedweldingpersonnel.WhereInternationalStandards(ISOorCEN)arenotavailableNationalStandardsmaybeused.NOTEThisstandardwillberevisedassoonaspossiblewhenISOorCENstandardscoveringthevariousaspectsareavailable.2.3QualityassuranceItistheintentionofthisstandardthattheswitchgearmanufacturershallberesponsibleforachievingandmaintainingaconsistentandadequatequalityofproduct.Sufficientexaminationsshallbemadebytheenclosuremanufacturertoensurethatthematerials,productionandtestingcomplyinallrespectswiththerequirementsofthisstandardandISO6213:1983.Inspectionbytheuser’sinspectorsshallnotabsolvetheswitchgearmanufacturerfromhisresponsibilitytoexercisesuchqualityassuranceproceduresastoensurethattherequirementsandtheintentofthisstandardaresatisfied.NOTEReferenceshouldbemadetotheISO9000seriesofstandardsforqualityassurancesystems.
