【摘要】:1GeneralThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodformeasuringtheemissionsoundpressurelevelsofmachineryandequipment,ataworkstationandatotherspecifiedpositionsnearby,inanessentiallyfreefieldoverareflectingplane.Aworkstationisoccu-piedbyanoperator.Itmaybelocatedinopenspaceintheroomwherethesourceoperates,orinacabfixedtothesource,orinanenclosureremotefromthesource.Oneormorespecifiedpositionsmaybelocatedinthevicinityofaworkstation,orinthevi-cinityofanunattendedmachine.Assomeofthesepositionsmaybeoccupiedoccasionallyorregularly,theyaresometimesreferredtoasbystanderpos-itions.EmissionsoundpressurelevelsaremeasuredasA-weightedand,ifrequired,C-weightedpeak,andinfrequencybands.NOTE1ThecontentsofthisandrelatedInternationalStandardsaresummarizedintable1ofISO11200:1995.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheengineeringgradeofaccuracyonthetesten-vironmentandinstrumentation.Correctionsareap-pliedforbackgroundnoise,butnotfortheacousticenvironment.Instructionsaregivenfortheinstallationandoperationofthemachineundertestandforthechoiceofmicrophonepositionsfortheworkstationandforotherspecifiedpositions.Thepurposeofthemeasurementsistopermitcomparisonoftheper-formanceofdifferentunitsofagivenfamilyofma-chineryorequipment,underdefinedenvironmentalconditionsandstandardizedmountingandoperatingconditions.ThedataobtainedmayalsobeusedforthedeclarationandverificationofemissionsoundpressurelevelsasspecifiedinISO4871.NOTE2Atanygivenpositioninrelationtoaparticularmachine,andforgivenmountingandoperatingconditions,theemissionsoundpressurelevelsdeterminedbythemethodofthisInternationalStandardwillingeneralbelowerthanthedirectlymeasuredsoundpressurelevelsforthesamemachineinthetypicalworkroomwhereitisused.Thisisduetoreverberationandthecontributionsofothermachines.Amethodofcalculatingthesoundpressurelev-elsinthevicinityofamachineoperatingaloneinaworkroomisgiveninISO11690-3.Commonlyobserveddifferencesare1dBto5dB,butinextremecasesthedif-ferencemaybeevengreater.2TypesofnoiseandnoisesourcesThemethodspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoalltypesofmachinery,bothmovingandstationary,forindoororoutdooruse.Themethodisapplicabletomachinesofallsizes,andtoalltypesofnoiseasdefinedinISO2204andISO12001.3TestenvironmentThetypeoftestenvironmentinfluencestheaccuracyofthedeterminationofemissionsoundpressurelev-els.Anessentiallyfreefieldoverareflectingplane(indoorsoroutdoors)isrequired.4SpecifiedpositionsThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoworkstationsandotherspecifiedpositionswhereemissionsoundpressurelevelsaretobemeasured.Examplesofappropriatepositionswheremeasure-mentsmaybemadeincludethefollowing:a)workstationlocatedinthevicinityofthemachineundertest;thisisthecaseformanyindustrialmachinesanddomesticappliances;b)workstationwithinacabwhichisanintegralpartofthemachineundertest;thisisthecaseformanyindustrialtrucksandearth-movingma-chines;c)workstationwithinapartialortotalenclosure(orbehindascreen)suppliedbythemanufacturerasanintegralpartofthemachineryorequipment;d)workstationpartiallyortotallyenclosedbythemachineundertest;thissituationmaybeen-counteredwithsomelargeindustrialmachines;e)bystanderpositionsoccupiedbyindividualsnotresponsiblefortheoperationofthemachineundertest,butwhomaybeinitsimmediatevi-cinity,eitheroccasionallyorcontinuously;f)otherspecifiedpositions,notnecessarilyworkstationsorbystanderpositions
