【摘要】:ThispartofISO4586establishesaclassificationsystemforhigh-pressuredecorativelaminatedsheetsaccordingtotheirperformanceandmainrecommendedfieldsofapplication,includingmaterialswithspecialcharacteristics,forexamplepostformabilityordefinedreactiontofire.ThispartofISO4586alsospecifiesrequirementsonthepropertiesofthevarioustypesoflaminatecoveredbythisclassification.Forseveraloftheproperties,morethanonetestmethodforcheckingtherequirementsisgiven.Thesemethodshavebeenincludedtocovercaseswheretheresultsgivenbyalternativemethodsareapproximatelyequivalent,whereexpensiveequipmentofdifferenttypesisalreadyinsatisfactoryuse,orwhereexperienceislimitedtoonlyoneofthemethodsincertaincountries.Requirementsarespecifiedforthosetypesofmaterialthataremostgenerallyused,butadditionaltypesmaybeaddedasrequired.Thelimitvaluesspecifiedapplytothemostcommonlyusedtypesofmaterial,butwithineachclassificationitmaybepossibletoobtainvariantshavingmuchhigherperformancefigures.Thesematerialsarecharacterizedbytheirdecorativesurfaces,whicharerelativelyhardandresistanttowear,scratching,impact,boilingwater,domesticstainsandmoderateheat.Theyareintendedforinteriorapplicationsasfollows:—thinsingle-facedlaminatesusuallylessthan2mmthick,forbondingtoasubstrate;—compactlaminates,single-ordouble-faced,approximately2mmto5mmthick,whichneedtoberigidlysupportedwithoutnecessarilybeingbondedtoasubstrate;—compactlaminates,self-supporting,double-faced,usuallythickerthan5mm,thethicknessofwhichwillbeselectedaccordingtoapplicationandpaneldimensions.Thebacksurfaceofsheetshavingonlyonedecorativefaceismadesuitableforadhesivebondingtoasubstrate.ThispartofISO4586appliesonlytodecorativelaminatedsheetsasdefinedinClause3.ISO4586-2specifiesthemethodsoftestrelevanttothispartofISO4586.
