【摘要】:1.1ThisPracticeisintendedtoassemblealogicaloccupational/environmentalhealthviewofthealreadydefinedgeneralstructureandvocabularyfortheElectronicHealthRecord(EHR)andtosuggestthewaysinwhichthisviewcanbeusedtosupportemployeehealthassessmentsandotherhealthcaredeliveredattheworksite.ThisviewisconsistentwiththeANSI/ADAClinicalConceptDataModel2005,whichidentifiedthemajordataentitiesthatwillneedtobeinvolved.ThisviewwouldcomplementotherviewsaddressedinothersettingsofcarefortheemployeeandcouldlogicallyeitherrequestotherEHRdataordelivertootherpractitionerrequestersrecordsystemsportionsofoccupational/environmentalhealthdatathathavebeenrecordedattheworksite.Thispracticedoesnotdealwiththespecificimplementationofthecontentanditalsodoesnoteithersuggestorrecommendimplementationtechniques.Likewise,itdoesnotsuggeststandardsofcare.Thesefunctionsaredealtwithinotherdomains.
